As the classes are normally given in Swedish, please let the instructor know if you are not fluent.

Bodypump

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. The instructor coaches you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

HIIT

High-intensity interval training. Here we alternate periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition and anyone can participate – already fit – or just ready to  get fit!

Cross workout for all

High intensity circuit, tabata, and other group workouts. The members of the “EACIF Workout Team” take turns in planning and instructing these classes.

Free of charge – all Ericsson employees are welcome to participate but we kindly ask you to join EACIF.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are designed to improve your flexibility and calm your body, mind, and spirit.

You are welcome to any of our yoga classes regardless of gender, how flexible you are, or what previous yoga experience you have.

  • Yoga for the non-flexible is designed for men (and others) with low flexibility due to sedentary work or exercise.
  • Hatha yoga is slow paced and gentle and each pose is set in a flowing sequence. It suits both beginners and the more experienced.
