During 2026, weeks 3-24, GritHouse will offer workout classes at our premises (“Motionshallen”) on

• Mondays 16:15 – mobility strength class (30 min)
• Tuesday 11:40 – workout class (45 min)
• Thursday 11:40 – workout class (45 min)

Information on payment

You can pay through “Ericsson for me” (Benifex). Search for Grit House. There are two main alternatives:

• Buy a GritHouse membership. The classes on Ericsson premises are included in all of the memberships (for Ericsson employees)
• Buy a term card, “terminskort”,  valid for the Ericsson classes only (weeks 3-24).

How to buy term card (”terminskort”)

Buy the 10 class ”clip-card” in Ericsson for me and send an email to josefine@grithouse.se with subject “Ericsson vt 26”. Write that you want the 10 class card converted to a term card.

It costs SEK 1500. When you use the health account Ericsson pays 900 and you 600.

How to join classes

Register at Grithouse.se, no later than 1h before the class.
Cancellations must be done 2 hours in advance.
