CROSS COUNTRY SKIING AT VRETA SKI CENTER

All cross country skiing interrested in EACIF now have access to VIP-cards for going on skis at Vreta Ski Center: https://www.skidspar.se/ostergotland/linkoping/vreta-skicenter

EACIF has bought half-day VIP cards that enables booking a ski pass on either one of three slots before lunch (05-13) or one of three slots in the afternoon (13-22).

New for this year is that the old cross country booking system on eacif.se does not apply anymore since Vreta has invested in a new mobile based ticket system with an own mobile app (Outby, to be found on Appstore/Google Play).

EACIF-members have access to the mobile based system, where you first need to register to the EACIF’s VIP-group to being able to book a ski pass and “buy” it for 0:- via swish in the app.

To get access to the VIP-card group there is a need to enter a Secret when registering.

Cross country skiing at Vreta SkiCenter

Hi all EAC IF members,

It is winter season and EACIF can proudly present “VIP-cards 2017-18” for cross country skiing on  Vreta SkiCenter. This means that when bringing one of the cards,  you can go cross-country skiing for free on the following ski trails:

  • Vreta Kloster Golf Course
  • Vreta loop
  • Olstorp

The VIP-cards are booked online at: http://eacif.se/skidbokning/

The VIP-cards are placed in the KB-building at the old reception, next to the golf-cards.

During 2017 the track opened for skiing the 20th of December.

The card booking rules are the following:

A card can be used by one person per day.

– The cards are to be used for members of EACIF.

– One active reservation per member at a given time. It’s not allowed to book several dates at the same time.

– Exception to the following rule: Non-booked cards after 16:00 the day before can be booked by someone who has already booked a card.

– Booked cards shall be back at Ericsson no later than 08:00 the next day.

– During weekends you are free to arrange your own handover of the VIP-cards yourselves to the following colleague, possibly without the need to return the cards to E-son Friday or Saturday evening.
The person bringing the card from the E-son premises is as always responsible for the card being back in place at Ericsson.

Ericsson championships 2015, Winter sports

Welcome to sign up for the marvelously fun “Ericssonmästerskapen i skidor 2015” 29/1 – 1/2!

All info is available in the Swedish invitation: INBJ_EriMskidor2015.

The cost is including everything except daily food!

1700:- per person including travel, living, ski card(3 days) and Saturday night party.

Or 1100:- per person for those not needing any ski card.

Drop a mail with your sign up information no later than 13/12 to henrik.xx.lindkvist@ericsson.com.

Include wanted participation (sports and class) and add additional info, e.g. “I want to live with my friends …. in a 4 bed appartment”.
